“There is One who has all power-that one is God. May you find Him now.” When we are preoccupied with resentments, anger and unforgiveness we are squandering this very moment. We are also blocking ourselves from the sunlight of the spirit. This very moment is important because it is really all we have right now. I can only really experience God in the present moment, because the past is over and the Future has Not happened yet. I have to rely on God in this very moment to provide for me a reprieve from the insanity of the spiritual malady which leads to addictions. The more anger, resentment, unforgiveness, self-pity and self-loathg I have in my heart the less room there is for the God to work in me.
