Our Process
When a man is restored to his proper place within his family through Jesus Christ and a biblical foundation that is coupled with the 12-step model, military discipline, and a heart for service, the community will follow.
(Click the buttons below for individual phase information.)
The Four Components
The program has four components: Biblical, Military, Recovery (12-step), and Service/Spiritual. To advance to the next phase, the client is expected to take an active role in participating in each component and meeting specific criteria set by staff.
Biblical
Biblical Principles are the foundation. Daily, the men are required to maintain both individual and group devotions. Biblical milestones are set throughout the program, but each man must seek them out individually.
Military
Phase 2
The client will be held to a higher standard once in the second phase.
Maintain participation in Drill, Physical Training, and Marching.
The client must be able to recite the Chain of Command, Ranks, and Creeds and perform facing movements with excellence.
Client will serve his fellow brother by assisting in Drill, Physical Training, and Marching.
Phase 3
By this time, the client should understand all military structures and hold himself to that standard.
The client will be tested on criteria from Phase 1 and Phase 2 and will complete any assignments given to Phase Up.
The client will write a two-page essay describing what he has learned through the discipline and structure.
During phase 3, he will maintain himself as a leader, assisting staff with Drill, Ceremony, and Marching, and providing leadership within the facility and community.
