Phase 3

Re-entry starts here, with job training, education, financial management, and various life skills classes—graduation from residential care.

Biblical

The Bible is the foundation. Daily, the men are required to maintain both individual and group devotions. Biblical milestones are set throughout the program, but each man must seek them out individually.

  • By this time, the client should understand all military structures and hold himself to that standard.

  • Client will be tested on criteria from phases one and two and complete any assignments given to phase up.

  • The client will write a two-page essay describing what he has learned through the discipline and structure. 

  • During phase 3, he will maintain his role as a leader, assisting staff with drill, ceremony, and marching, and providing leadership within the facility and community.

Military

  • Attend outside meetings.

  • Get a sponsor.

  • Utilize a sponsor and must be working up to at least the 4th Step.

  • Choose a home group.

  • Speak during the afternoon recovery class, similar to a speaker meeting.

Recovery

(12 Step)

  • Teach his own personal prayer life during class.

  • Evangelize, pray, and perform service work within the community.

  • Learn to intercede for others while in the community.

  • Participate in evangelizing missions.
