Recovery Comes With A Price

Recovery requires vigilance. Through working the first nine steps our lives have changed drastically. We have become more honest, humble, and concerned about others. We depend on a higher power and less on ourselves. We are less resentful, fearful, and selfish. We are learning to assess and experience our feelings naturally. We learn to experience emotions without catastrophic reaction. When we react negatively, we can make amends quickly and proceed with our course. God will provide what we need when we focus on His Will for our lives and the Love of his children.
