When We Retire for Rest

Lord help me to rest myself and all of my problems in you're strong and loving arms this night. Let your spirit speak to my mind and into my heart while I am asleep that in the morning I will find that I have received the strength and the light that I will need for tomorrow's daily tasks you have prepared for me. Match my worries with peace and my sins with forgiveness, as I forgive those who have sinned against me. Make me a channel of your Peace, Love, and Way of Life. Amen.
