Constructive Rumination

Step 5 can produce powerful spiritual healing. When we confess our deepest secrets and morbid reflections with someone who is understanding and with the guidance of the holy Spirit we get miraculous results. For one thing the Trinity is completed and that is important. The Trinity offers three points of contact completing the circuit. This allows Even Flow and cleansing of the soul.

In step four we took thoughts captive. We placed the enemy (our ego or false self) in a cage with the columns. We were able to capture it and dissect it. We were able to identify the nature of the demon (sin) and neutralize it.

Now in step five that demon must face the light. Confession with another brother and the Holy Spirit Will begin to burn that monster. Then in steps six and seven it shall be cast out.
