God Operates on Imperfection

After 10 or 20 years in perfect recovery, alcoholics are still imperfect and still alcoholic, and they know it, which makes all the difference. Paul dares to say that God has imprisoned all people in their own disobedience so that God can show Mercy to all people. It is as if God has trapped us all inside of certain grace and enclosed all things human in a constant need for mercy.
