Spot Check

Step 10 inventory is a continuous look at our assets and liabilities. An honest look at our strengths and weaknesses combined with a desire to learn and grow are essentials in this new walk to freedom. More experienced people than we have used self surveillance and criticism as tools for their improvement. We use a “spot check”✔️ to examine our emotions, positive or negative. These emotions can be indicators that we need to examine causes and conditions plus motives. We should ask ourselves some questions; perhaps questions we have never asked ourselves before.
